It's the customer number issued to you at check-in on your last visit. If you've lost it, call us at (714) 772-7755 and we'll look it up.
How do I lock in a rate?
Enter your guest number, pick your dates and room, then choose "Lock in this rate." Email us the booking information — we will send you a confirmation number ASAP.
Do the rates change?
Yes — we refresh returning-guest rates daily, and they're only shown here for verified returning guests. Locking in secures the rate you see for your dates. Your booking rate will not change after you locked the rate.
Are there extra fees or taxes?
No resort fees, no hidden charges. The only addition is the 17% city tax, which we show separately before you lock in.
